Every material below is 100% PVC-free. The differences are surface, handling, the ink technologies it is typically run with, and what happens when the graphic comes down.
We manufacture the media; your print provider runs it on their own press with their own inks. Always confirm a profile with a sample before a production run.

Widths, weights, core sizes and roll lengths are issued per product on the current spec sheet — ask us and we will send it with your samples.
Before a production run
- Print a strip with your normal profile and one step down in ink limit — PVC-free coatings often need less ink than vinyl for the same density.
- Check dry-down after 24 hours, not after ten minutes.
- If the job is laminated, laminate the test strip too; most surprises appear there.
- Approve the hardest part of the image — the darkest area or the finest type.
- Keep the strip as your internal reference for the next job.
- Ask for a fire performance statement covering the finished assembly if the project requires one.
